It is the next evolution of the Compass Career Coaching System, a methodology developed over two decades by founder Michael J. Adams.
Michael brings over 25 years of experience in pastoral care, coaching, and personal development, and has guided hundreds of individuals as they seek direction and purpose.

When we generate a video coaching session for you, it is uploaded as a Private video. Only you hold the link. Not even Google Search can find it.
Data Sovereignty
You own your data. Our "History" controls allow you to delete specific conversations or your entire journey history instantly from our secure database.
